LogicBase Enterprises Held Its First Ever Sportsfest
LogicBase Interactive (LBI) held its first ever Sports Fest with the theme “Paugnat 2017” last July 29, 2017 and was organized by LBI’s HR Officers.
“Paugnat” is a Bisaya term which denotes an activity requiring physical exertion and competition.
There are 4 teams which are based on the different departments of the company:
TEAMS
- Blue Team – Lannister
- Green Team – Targaryen
- Yellow Team – Stark
- White Team – Baratheon
The first half of the program took place at the LBI Office which formally started with different teams staging their Team Chants followed by Pinoy Henyo, Chess Tournament, Just Dance Competition and Quiz Bee competitions. The rest of the physical activities in the afternoon such as the Volleyball, Basketball, and Badminton competitions were held at the Alwana Business Park, located at Brgy. Cugman, Cagayan de Oro City.

Just like every sports fest, Paugnat 2017 aims to develop an appreciation of the concepts of fair play, honest competition, and good sportsmanship. A moment to develop leadership skills and foster qualities of cooperation, tolerance, consideration, trust, and responsibility when faced with group and team problem-solving tasks. It is a moment of celebration where employees will able to gather together not because of work but instead to have fun and play together.
